Treasure Hunts

Overview

These are exhilarating ways to allow teams to develop the areas of communication, problem solving, trust and leadership. The setting of an unfamiliar environment encourages teams to work together and provides them with the opportunity to bond and explore their capabilities. Absolutely Scotland Treasure hunts are an ideal tool used by many businesses to encourage team development. They are also great fun for participants!

4x4 Treasure Hunt 

The 4x4 treasure hunt involves cryptic puzzles, physical challenges and nature trails. Teams are allocated a 4x4 vehicle with instructor. With map and clue schedule teams set off on the course with the aim of gathering as many points as possible.  Each member of the team will have the opportunity to drive the 4x4, however there will be some points, where due to the extreme nature of the terrain, the instructor will take over driving responsibility. The winner is the team with the most points gathered.

Treasure Hunt Challenge

Teams are given a map, compass and clue schedule. The map contains the location of a series of tasks that have to be over come in order to proceed to the treasure. The tasks are cryptic puzzles, physical challenges and mental challenges. Points are awarded for successful completion of each task, these can, in turn be swapped for a series of code breaking numbers that will be required to break the code to obtain the treasure. The first to break the code get the prize!!
