These are not speed events! But they are great fun all year round and suitable for all ages. They are ideal team development events as every exercise requires specific responsibilities to be delegated within the team.
Using Map, Clue Schedule, your Wits, you and your team set off into the unknown. Each quest starts with a safety briefing and instruction on basic orienteering techniques. Solid teamwork combined with flashes of individual inspiration keeps everyone on their toes as the day continues.
Along the way, there may be the option of one or more additional disciplines to conquer – Team Challenges and Games, Initiative Competitions, Treasure Hunts, Land Rover blind-fold driving, etc, etc. – with valuable points to be won or lost in your ultimate quest.
Routes are designed specifically for the type (and length) of event that you require and can take place on country roads, town roads, entirely off-road or a combination of these. Some events are suitable for relatively restricted locations.
Teams operate on foot (with instructor), and all events are part navigation skill, part cryptic problem solving and part team-work. Most are adaptable to suit for all ages and tastes. They may be designed around a full day or a half day whichever fits your schedule and, of course, can include hospitality, catering and entertainment and perhaps, other team building games or outdoor activities.
