Action Packed Helicopter Safaris
Take to the skies with Absolutely Scotland and see the splendour of the Highlands and Islands at their magnificent best! Cruise effortlessly over jagged peaks and barren sub-Arctic plateaux, hidden straths and silent wooded glens, fjordic sea-lochs and mysterious lochans, deserted islands and sandy beaches, fearsome tidal races and cosy inlets, spectacularly coloured land and sea-scapes hovering in the crystal clear air.
Tee-off on unusual island golf-courses, visit remote distilleries, take in ancient strongholds, pot a few clay pigeons against unique backdrops or try fishing in really out-of-the-way waters.
The West Coast Express - Fly direct from your hotel or from convenient meeting points at Stirling or Cumbernauld across the romantic Trossachs and Loch Lomond, over the mountains and sea-lochs of Argyll to the scenic splendour of the West Coast. You will have time to see local sights, perhaps indulge in a special activity or simply revel in the balmy atmosphere and colourful landscape that makes the West Coast so unique.
After lunching on the finest local produce, you fly west across the Sound of Jura, over the dramatic Corryvreckan tidal race and Jura's rugged mountains. Here you may stop for an exclusive tour of one of the famous distilleries on the adjacent island of Islay or perhaps take in a round of golf overlooking the island's Atlantic coast (next stop North America!) before your flight back.
The Glenbogle Flyer - Fly direct from your hotel or from convenient meeting points at Stirling, Cumbernauld, Inverness or Aviemore across the Grampian Mountains to our secret stronghold at the very summit of North Drumochter, some 3,200 feet above sea level. Here you can enjoy the highest Clay Pigeon Shoot in Britain before tucking in to a sumptuous al fresco lunch that has been hauled up the mountain for you.
Alternatively, you may choose to break at a remote hill-loch for trout-fishing and the same al fresco banquet. In the afternoon, you fly over "Glen Bogle" with its now-famous loch and magnificent turreted house before crossing the hills to the Parallel Roads of Glen Roy and the Corrieyarack Pass, where you follow the route of the ancient road (used by Bonnie Prince Charlie's army) before returning home.
