Catering

Absolutely Scotland offers a variety of catering services – before, during and/or after your event.  We insist on using the finest produce, sourced locally, and are delighted to give our suppliers the credit they deserve.

Coffee and bacon butties at the start of the day give your guests and delegates the opportunity to meet each other before our introduction to the day’s format and (when appropriate) the health and safety briefing.

Delicious home-made snacks and soups with hot and cold drinksmay be served at most events – whether at our Activity Centre or at other locations – either on an “available all day” basis or at convenient times.

Being outdoor specialists, we obviously favour an outdoor, al fresco approach to main meals.  Our Scottish Buffets comprise a mouth-watering variety of hot and/or cold dishes with a distinctly Scottish pedigree and are great for both lunch and an evening meal.

Alternatively, we offer sumptuous Highland Barbecues with everything from burgers and banger to a really impressive Hog-Roast with a whole beast (venison, pork or lamb) cooked on the spit.

For more formal occasions, we suggest our great Highland Banquet – a traditional four course dinner with piper and all the trimmings!
